Abstract: 

Financing is one of the most important challenges in various sectors of economy including Electric Power Industry. Thus, this Industry needs financial innovations to design financial institutions and instruments for funding itself. In Iran, developing Power Industry faces some challenges because it mainly depends on government budget and it lacks enough financial resources for its development proportionate to the Electricity consumption growth. Therefore, the Ministry of Power and Energy, as the main policymaking body in Electric Power Industry in Iran, is facing financial resource deficit and is seeking the participation of the private sector for investing in Power Industry.One of the necessary requirements for the private sector participation in Electric Power Industry is appropriate financial solutions and instruments that correspond to the Electric Industry. Capacity certificate is a financial instrument designed for financing Electric Power Industry to enable it to develop new Powerhouses. Using descriptive/analytical method and based on Imamiyah jurisprudential School and the regulations of Iran's capital market and the needs of Power Industry, the financial instrument for capacity certificate is introduced in this paper.

Abstract: 

In some point of view, neither Michel Foucault nor Ibn Khaldun are considered philosophers in the conventional classifications, but both are very  important in intellectual and, of course, in philosophical contexts, especially for those who are interested in the deep study of human life from the perspective of political thought.The main concern of two thinkers, one in the 14th century, the other in the 20th century, is the issue  of Power, although neither of them provided a precise definition of it. In this article, an attempt has been made to show the place of Power and domination in the political thought of both thinkers by examining the thoughts of two thinkers. And in search of an answer to this question, how did Asabiyyah and Industry of religion in Ibn Khaldun's thought and social control through self-technology and discipline in Foucault's thought lead to the expansion of the domination of Power? This article is written by analytically comparing the opinions of two thinkers based on Ibn Khaldun's most important book called Muqaddimah and Foucault's late works

Abstract: 

In this paper, a combinatorial reverse auction mechanism is proposed for selecting the most efficient service-providers for resolving sustained Power interruptions in multiple regions of an Electric Power distribution company’ s responsibility area. Through this mechanism, supplying the required service in each region is assigned to only one potential service-provider considering two criteria including cost and service time. So, the corresponding winner determination problem of the proposed auction mechanism is formulated as a bi-objective combinatorial optimization problem. However, finding a feasible solution for the formulated problem as well as its solving is NP-complete. Since exact optimization algorithms are failed in solving this kind of problems in a reasonable time, a problem specific metaheuristic called NSGA-II that is an evolutionary algorithm for solving multi-objective optimization problems is developed to estimate the set of Pareto optimal solutions of the formulated bi-objective winner determination problem. In our developed NSGA-II, two problem-specific operators are proposed for creating initial feasible solutions and converting infeasible solutions to feasible ones. Furthermore, a new method for determining the population size based on the size of problem instance is proposed. We conduct a computational experiment in which several randomly generated problem instances are solved using the proposed NSGA-II in different settings. Computational results of proposed algorithm in different settings are compared using a quality measure and statistical hypothesis tests. The results of performance comparison show that the proposed NSGA-II with a population size determined by proposed method and a different form of binary tournament method performs better in finding non-dominated solutions for different instances of formulated bi-objective optimization problem.

Abstract: 

Despite the significant advances in human resource management, the social responsibility of human resource management has still remained neglected. This study aims at designing a model for social responsibility of human resource management in the Electric Power Industry. This qualitative research is based on systematic grounded theory. In-depth semi-structured interviews were employed to collect data, which were analyzed by coding. Sampling was performed theoretically with the use of purposive and snowball techniques. Hence, having conducted open interviews with 15 managers, deputies and the heads of human resource groups of the Electric Power Industry, the researchers collected a set of initial themes during the coding process and extracted some categories from them. Then, in the axial coding stage, the links between these categories were identified under the headings of causal conditions, phenomena-orientation, strategies, contextual conditions, intervening conditions and consequences. 172 initial codes were obtained by analyzing the interviews conducted in the first phase. These concepts were converted to 60 categories in the selective coding section. Finally, 21 axial codes were extracted, each of which was placed under the proper categories of systematic model (causal conditions, contextual conditions, strategies, intervening conditions, and consequences).

Abstract: 

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the supply chain resilience of Electric Power Industry in Iran using fuzzy approach. The research is based on a survey of 23 experienced managers and experts in Electricity Industry having MA, MS or PhD degrees in Management, Electrical Power and Industry Engineering. Questionnaire data was used to assess the resilience status of Electric Power Industry in Iran. According to the results the overall score of Electricity Industry resilience is 49. 78 out of 100. Resilience of Electric Power Industry in Iran from different aspects of procedures and processes, peripheral elements, agility, players, flexibility, and economic factors is scored 53. 495, 52. 78, 52. 025, 49. 7625, 46. 68, and 44. 975, respectively.

Abstract: 

Total Factor Productivity (TFP) as an index for calculating productivity level in an organization, describes the conversion procedure of total expenditure into total income. Therefore TFP growth will results improvements in market competition, production and services quality and performance, progress in planned targets, expenses reduction, incomes expansion and etc.In order to evolve from an input oriented to productivity oriented economy, administrations are bound to declare the portion of productivity growth in their respective production growth in the Fourth Development planning. Such that at the end of the Fourth planning the TFP portion in GDP growth has to reach, 31.3%. Although an average growth of 3.5% in labor, 1% in Capital and 2.5% in Total Factor have to be achieved annually during the Fourth planning. However, recognizing the sources of productivity growth fur planning and deriving solutions is of great importance. In addition to TFP growth calculation, using a combination of non-parametric Data envelopment Analysis (DEA) method and Tornquist productivity growth index provide a decomposition of efficiency and technological changes quota in the respective TFP growth for one Decision Making Unit (DMU) in adjacent time periods. To examine the proposed method more accurately, in this study the TFP growth and effective factors through years (1347-1383) in Iran's Electric Power Industry has been analyzed.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to study and select the type of engine and circuits for connecting their windings in the generator operating mode of the Electric machine unit for the device of converting kinetic and mechanical energy of rotation in the Electric one. The design and principle of the device, which transforms the kinetic energy from pressure into an Electric one, is proposed. The results of experimental studies on the determination of the most efficient type of Electric engine in accordance with the value of the generated Power output are presented. According to the results of the experiments, it was determined that a stepper motor DSh 200-1 is more efficient for one rotation in the forward and reverse direction with frequency f = 1. 185 Hz. The processing of experimental research was carried out using integral methods of mathematical physics, namely the trapezoid method. Integration of the received oscillograms allowed to determine the most effective circuit of connection of stepper motor DSh-200-1 stator windings. For one rotation in the forward and reverse direction with frequency f = 1. 185 Hz, the given circuit will provide the Power of 0. 164 Watt.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The aim of the current research was to find a model to evaluate the development policies of renewable energies effective on macroeconomics indicators. Design/ methodology/ approach: The research methodology was the use of a qualitative-quantitative exploratory combined method. The statistical community in the qualitative section, professors of higher education centers in the field of energy and economics and high, middle managers and senior experts of the country's Electricity Industry, and in the quantitative section, managers and deputies of the Ministry of Energy, Tavanir companies, and regional Electricity of Tehran, Fars, Mazandaran and Satba which was 180 people. In the qualitative section, 20 experts were selected using the snowball sampling method, and in the quantitative section, 123 people were selected using the relative stratified sampling method using Cochran's formula. The data were analyzed in the qualitative section with Delphi technique and in the quantitative section with a 105-item questionnaire using SPSS and Smart PLS software. In order to determine the validity and reliability in the qualitative stage, the necessary checks including acceptability and ability were used, and in the quantitative stage, the validity of the questionnaires in form and content (CVR and CVI range for each of the items, respectively between 6. 0 to 0.1 and 0.85 to 1.0) and the structure was confirmed. The reliability and combined reliability of the components were estimated and confirmed between 0.847 and 0.951 and 0.759 and 0.931, respectively. Research Findings: The findings showed that the evaluation model of effective renewable energy development policies has nine dimensions (objective evaluation, legal framework, compliance and compatibility, management requirements, policy environment management, process evaluation, policy evaluators, audit and the characteristics of the optimal method of evaluation) and 25 components. Limitations & Consequences: According to the identification and testing of the dimensions and explanatory components of the evaluation of renewable energy development policies effective on macroeconomics indicators in the Electricity Industry, the generalization of the results to other industries is limited. Practical Consequences: Providing a model for evaluating renewable energy development policies effective on macroeconomics indicators in the Electricity Industry Innovation or value of the Article: The current research deals with one of the less noticed cases in the Electricity Industry and the subject of renewable energies and presents a model regarding it.
